Young People

Due to the situation around COVID-19, we are running a limited number of groups at this difficult time.

The Beacon Parish is delighted to welcome children and teenagers. We have special child-friendly Services where part way through the service we run a separate session for the children. We have four main groups for our young people:

Little Beacons - for younger children held during the St Margaret's Church Sunday services (currently not running)
Youth Courses - first communion and confirmation classes for 11yrs plus (currently not running)
​YODAH Schools - for children in school year groups 4, 5 & 6 at St Margarets Primary School running 15.00 - 16.00 during term time.
YODAH Youth - open to all young people aged 11 - 16 based at The Emmanuel Centre, South Street, Ditchling, we run 18.30 - 20.00 every Tuesday during term time

We also run a parent/carer and baby/toddler session every week on a Wednesday in term time. You can find out more about that on our Stay and Play page. (Currently not running)
