• Flowers for special services can be placed in the church the afternoon prior to the service or the morning of the service. In the event that there is another service taking place, you will be informed in plenty of time.
   

• All flowers must be removed from the church. Normally we will ask for flowers and arrangements to be removed a couple of days after the service, unless special arrangements are made.
   

• If, for any reason, it is agreed that the church removes flowers, we will ask for payment in advance.
   

• We will NOT take responsibility to dispose of any Oasis used for arrangements. You are obliged to remove it. Our preference is no Oasis.
   

• There are several local florists who would be delighted to discuss your requirements.
